Hoffmann-Jayer Bourgogne Blanc Hautes-Cotes Nuits
Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits is a marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes from two different communes: Magny-lès-Villers plot "Le Perchy" and Villers-la-Faye plots "Sous le Mont" and "La Flie". Picked by hand at peak maturity, the grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. After settling, the must is racked off its lees and into barrels for fermentation.
